Shout out to this incredible color resource site! They give you anything and everything you could ever want to know about a color from color schemes to RGB percentage makeup. There’s even a color blindness simulator for help with using visible/accessible colors for all viewers.

So keep this site in mind if you’re a graphic designer, interior designer, artist, color enthusiast, or whatever! It’s quite awesome.

Is EMP9 going to be the last volume? I really don't want the series to end, it's so great that it's permeated into my very thought-process, and how I think about action scenes. Also, bonus question: where did you learn to art? Thanks!

adamwarrencomics:

Never fear, EMP9 isn’t the last volume by any means. If anything, it’s arguably a decent (ahem) “jumping-on-point” for the series, as the volume’s story serves as a bit of a “mission (re)statement” for the franchise. (Well, sorta.)

Thanks for the kind words! Always happy to get folks thinking about action storytelling, of course.

Bonus answer: I went to the Kubert School backintheday, but most of my, uh, “art-learning” came from sheer, grinding repetition and plowing through hundreds (if not thousands) of godawful comics pages.
